Bill started his realty career in San Mateo and in 1992 moved his family to Tracy because of the wonderful community that Tracy offers.

Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, the coast, great fishing in nearby lakes and streams, and the wine country were also some of his and Pat's reasons for moving.

Pat joined Bill in the business in 1995 and the Barringer Team was born! Pat especially enjoys the buyers side
of the business. Prior to working with Bill, Pat ran a successful home based business selling educational toys for 10 years.
This allowed her to keep up the house hold for their growing sons, Brian and Steven.
Pat's hobbies are painting and crocheting in her spare time and she loves to get away with Bill to their hide away in Twain Harte.

Carissa joined the Barringer Team in 2004. She has since graduated from Tracy High School, and is currently
attending Delta College in Tracy. She plans on eventually finishing her college education with a master’s degree in fashion design. Carissa hopes to someday be the new “up and coming” fashion designer and to go national with her business selling high-end fashions, living and working in either Paris or New York City. When not working or going to school, she looks forward to spending time with her family, including her two-year-old brother.

Brian completed real estate training last year, obtained his license, and joined his parents in
the family business. Prior to that, he worked for SBC for two years as a computer analyst. Brian
loves working with buyers, especially helping first-time home owners find a place to call their own.
He and his new bride, Sarah, make their home in Tracy and plan to go through the home buying process themselves soon.

Kelly is the newest addition to the Barringer Team. Before getting her real estate license and joining the team,
she worked at a data processing company as a Project Manager for five years. With the help of the Barringer Team,
her family recently moved from Weston Ranch into Tracy in June of 2004. She enjoys spending much of her free time
with her family, which includes her husband, Brian, and her toddler son, Jacob.
